La Paz Waterfall Gardens

Well, much has happened since my last post. We've moved into our new home, we've spent a lot of hours staffing the restaurant and cabins, and today we visited the amazing La Paz Waterfall Gardens, which is five minutes away from where we live.
Mucho pasó desde mis últimas noticias. Nos mudamos a nuestra casa nueva, pasamos muchas horas trabajando en el restaurante, y hoy mismo, visitamos bellísimo El Jardín de Cascadas La Paz, está a cinco minutos de donde vivimos.

Sunday

Today was beautiful - sunny and warm with no rain. We went to church and met all the church folks, about 30 people. We had lunch with another American visitor and went on a tour of part of the community.
Hoy estuvo bello - hacía sol y calor y no llovió. Fuimos a la iglesia y conocimos a todos los miembros, más o menos 30 personas. Almorzamos con otro visitante de E.E.U.U. y fuimos a mirar la comunidad.

T. hitched a ride home to get the spare and then he rolled it back to the van. He's the man.
T. encontró quien lo llevara a la casa para obtener la repuesta y la hizo rodar a la van. T. es el mejor.

We Have Arrived!

Well, we're in Costa Rica! It's rainy. It just stopped raining after three and a half days straight. Still feeling short of breath whenever we go up a set of stairs (6,000 feet will do that to you). Haven't got a lot of pictures yet since it's been raining so much, but here's what it looks like so far:

Estamos in Costa Rica! Llueve mucho. Acaba de parar de llover después de trés días y medio. Ya estamos sintiendo la falta de aliento cuando subimos las escaleras (estamos a 6,000 pies de altitúd). No tenemos muchas fotos porque está lloviendo muchísimo, pero esto es lo que tenemos hasta ahora.
